Listing Products on Buy Kiwi using Collective
1. Download Collective: Supplier
Head to the Shopify app store & download the Collective: Supplier app.
2. Create your Price List
Once the app is installed, head to Price List on the left-side menu. Create Price List, label it Buy Kiwi & set the status to Active. Make the list Private Access & set the margin to the agreed upon commission. Add all available products, Enable Tax and Save.
3. Invite Buy Kiwi as a Retailer
Head to Retailers from the left-side menu. Invite Retailer and enter Buy Kiwi’s email address – sales@buykiwi.co.nz. Select your Price List and Send.
4. Buy Kiwi Approval & Onboarding
The Buy Kiwi team will carry out due diligence and approve your Collective invite. We will then import and onboard your products on the Buy Kiwi platform, adding products to necessary campaigns & marketing efforts. Inventory is synced in real-time, meaning you wont oversell or need to manage inventory on two platforms.
5. Sales Fulfilment & Order Payouts
Buy Kiwi orders will sync directly to your Shopify store. Once fulfilled, the tracking info will be sent via Buy Kiwi to the customer. Payouts (minus the margin) are automated and will be sent to your Shopify Payments 48-72 hours after order dispatch.
